Corduroy goes to the laundomat with Lisa and decides that he wants a pocket. Lisa tells him to stay and wait for her but of course he does not. He goes in search of somthing that he can use as a pocket. When Lisa is done with her laundry she can not find Corduroy and he gets left behind in the laundromat. Courduroy got stuck in a bag of someone elses wet clothes. The man drys his over alls and then puts him on a washing machine to wait for Lisa. She returns the next morning to take him home. He tells Lisa that he wants a pocket of his own so she sews one on to his overalls. It is purple and she puts his name tag inside.
