Talk show host Dick Cavett interviews well known professional comedians. Excerpted from his show from the early 70's. Dated. A lot of this -- Lucille Ball, Carol Burnett, Jack Benny, Mel Brooks, Bill Cosby, Jerry Lewis -- I found overly topical and almost unwatchable in 2013. But the interviews with Groucho Marx, Woody Allen, and the Smother's Brothers are all well worth watching, and what they had to say then holds up well to this day. The full hour episode with Groucho Marx is especially good, a "don't miss" for those appreciating the art of great comedy.
