This is a keeper! A great resource for anyone!

This is great for people looking to eat healthier to anyone interested in natural healing.

There are great juicing recipes, and smoothie recipes and 'roughies', even teas and ideas for the pulp left over. The book also has great appendices. It details fruits, herbs and vegetables and what each is used for. It describes what part of the plant to use and links uses to the recipes in the book. It also outlines conditions and recommends what to eat for each issue and again, lists recommended recipes in the book.

This is a great informational book to read, but most likely something you'll want to buy to have on hand as a reference.
