Wynn is my least favourite of this series characters and the book is hard to get through - it's all focused on her story. All the characters are either incompetent or corrupt and there are so many villians it just gets tiresome. Wynn is her usual ineffectual self and keeps bleating for Chap to save the day. What a disappointment.

A nice beginning for the 2nd series. I was a little surprised with the charters, but after reading the book it was a necessary change. Looking forward to the next book!
