As ruthless apprentice to Darth Vader, Starkiller was mercilessly schooled in the ways of the dark side, commanded to exterminate the last of the purged Jedi Order, and groomed for the ultimate Sith power play: assassination of the Emperor. He served without question, killed without remorse, and lost his heart without warning to beautiful Imperial fighter pilot Juno Eclipse, never suspecting that he was just a tool in the schemes of his masters—until it was too late to escape their lethal betrayal.

Juno mourned Starkiller as dead...but now he is back, purged of all memories and programmed to kill. And as fate brings Juno and Starkiller closer to reuniting, with Darth Vader determined not to lose his assassin a second time, they will both have to make a stand. The prize is freedom. The punishment for failing will be eternal enslavement to the dark side of the Force...

#1 Star Wars book in Omaha Public librarys. It is a must read! P.S. I also find it annoying that they went to the same places over and over again.

Three things marked my childhood more than anything else: Mormons, baseball and Star Wars. So almost 40 years later I'm reading my first Star Wars book, my second book on Mormon history and the world champion Royals are back in Surprise Valley. However I'm finding some things are better left in the past. While I have tons of nostalgia for Star Wars, I'll never be able to relive those glory years of playing with my figures 8 hours per day with my best friend Jamie. And while going to the K is a great experience it doesn't come close to the days when I literally thought I was an invincible super hero in my catchers gear and that no child or parent could harm me no matter what I did or what foul language came out of my young mouth through the fence. And I am ever grateful I no longer have to sit through fast Sunday or testimony day in a cult anymore. While it was interesting to learn a few things about the Sith and their fighting styles. I do not feel compelled to rush out and read another Star Wars book in the next 40 years. Oh well, both the force and my indestructibility in catchers gear seem more believable than Jesus in South America circa 79 AD though.

It was a good book, although I got the idea that Sean Williams rushed it a bit with this one. It was a bit cheesy at times. Not quite as good as the first, although with a happier ending ;).

This is an incredible book! I couldn't put it down. Gosh, I laughed, I cried, and I barely resisted the temptation to throw the book across the room. My advice: read it.

Star Wars – The Force Unleashed by Sean Williams: the apprentice’s struggle answered some questions about where he came from, who he was, etc. I enjoyed the book and recommend it to Star Wars enthusiasts. Doctor-at-Bass! T. A.
