This is basically a collection of family team building exercises. I didn't find the title fitting as there was little talk about slowing anything down it was more about changing things up to focus more on getting together and doing things as a family. I didn't take a single "tip" away that I would use in my own family setting but some of the ideas were nice and some were thought provoking, like for example signing up for a family all ages martial arts class not applicable for me personally but a nice idea none the less.
