Some of her advice is excellent. It's better to think of the first meeting as a date. You bring your A game. Otherwise, you're not the best "you." Her stand point on when to give out your phone number is way off base. If you've ever had stalkers, you're not inclined to hand out your digits to every guy, who asks. My best practice in online dating is to give out my digits after I've met someone. If you're not feeling it after the first date, the only way that loser stalker can contact you is through the dating site, and those have a nifty block feature.
