This book is for those who are already fit and wanting to loose under 10kgs to become the Strongest, Sexiest you! Jillian says it herself, if you are looking for general weight loss go elsewhere. If you are looking to RUN on the beach in your bikini this book is for you, it's not if you want to loose weight to even think of wearing a bikini in the first place. This review cannot be fuller as I fit into the latter.
