Collection of short stories of lessons learned from women in all areas of vocations. Many talked about how they came to find their passion and life's work. Each story is a few pages long which makes it a great read for someone with limited time to gain quick insightful lessons.

The title is self-explanatory, the stories are concise and well told, and I especially like the specific tips they suggest at the end of each story. Reading these stories made me realize that I'm not alone and I was able to relate to many of the examples/situations. My favorite quotes: "If you take a break from schooling and plan to return, do it before you get bogged down with other demands" and "don't expect too much of yourself when you're young. It's better to be a late bloomer than an early one; so many young successes flame out and spend the rest of their lives lamenting what they used to have."
