My favourite mystery author and series.. Not up to the usual high standard, though. More about an art forgery this time, which was different.. It was readable.
I did not care for the conclusion.. It did not resolve all the questions.. Seemed muddled..

I have been reading this series for fifteen years. How interesting to see the characters age. Delightfully spooky

I had enjoyed the series but found that it had become a bit stale. However, this book rekindled my interest in the series.

The setting was different. The Deckers have moved to the East Coast to be closer to family and for Decker to take a less taxing job. There were some new characters, and the mystery was intriguing. The information on art was quite educational for me too. I really enjoyed this book--had a hard time putting it down--and am looking forward to the next book in the series.

This book is forgettable... and dragged out. almost tossed it a couple times...
However I read it to the end ... not a Baldacci or a Patterson for sure.
