One of my favorite fitness books, loved it so much, went to the bookstore and bought myself a copy. Straight foward, simple, great exercises for each part of your body, great section on weightraining and nutrition.

The best fitness book I've ever read! Pictures were great and it had simple instructions and useful tips. Also loved how they showed basic exercises and more difficult variations of the exercise to do as you progress. Would recommend to anyone looking to learn more about weight training, weight loss etc
