A nice family drama with southern charm. Sprinkled with little gems of wisdom. The author cleverly used growing seasons of a perennial garden as a metaphor to our seasons of life. Filled with Faulkner quotes and flower wisdom. Predictable, but sweet and entertaining when you need a light read.
