The first story is not bad but the rest of the stories are poor. Artwork has also dropped after the first story.

A New 52 take on the old character Anarky dominates this collection, with Batman working with Harvey Bullock to stop a new wave of crime and unrest in the streets of Gotham. The writing is top notch, and the art has a moody touch to it.
